My journey of holistic healing began when I was a child.
I was inspired by my mother who taught me about the power of the natural healing mechanisms of our body that take place in our subconscious mind.
My belief was strengthened when I was actively involved in an organization that focused on scientific meditation. It was during my time there that I saw phenomenal recoveries, especially in those with chronic conditions. These recoveries were made possible through simple improvements in their lifestyle and daily routines.
In 2010, I realized that I could contribute to my community by raising awareness on holistic healing. I started Holistic Arogya with the aim of finding a gentle and progressive way of healing that would work as an alternative or even complementary to allopathic medicine.
Our team at Arogya has over 10 years of experience in the field of Ayurveda and its related treatments. This enables us to work closely with our clients to create and encourage a tailor-made lifestyle that best suits their needs.
Our varied and time-tested healing methods, ranging from oil treatments to in-depth detoxification programmes (Panchakarma), coupled with nutritional consultations, have helped our clients enjoy a healthier and more stress-free life.
Our vision is to give our clients all the benefits and care that Ayurveda is capable of giving.
