In Sanskrit, Ayur means Life and Veda means Knowledge, the term “Ayurveda” thus implies complete knowledge or understanding of life. It is the oldest continually used medical system in human history.
Ayurveda is based on the concept that man is a microcosm of the universe and that our bodies are structurally made up of five essential elements: space, air, fire, water, and earth. These are further grouped into 3 doshas based on the function – Vata, Pitta and Kapha, which sustain life in the normal state but produce disease when they are aggravated or imbalanced.
The principles of Ayurveda stress on the maintenance of this metabolic equilibrium of the human body. If the equilibrium is disturbed by undesirable factors, it should be restored to normality through purificatory and curative methods which include specific diets, herbs, herbal therapies and detoxification programmes.
Ayurveda believes diseases are caused due to the imbalance in doshas in our body at various levels and the balance is achieved by correcting it with proper diet, herbal medications, lifestyle modifications and therapies.
Any person who intends to take treatment with us has to go through a consultation with our physician first and she will propose a personalised treatment plan according to your unique body type and state and stage of imbalance. This could include oil and other ayurveda therapies that will aid in removing toxins and restoring health and wellbeing.

Infrared sauna produces the same infrared heat produced by the sun and Infrared heat is required for all living things for optimum health. This radiant heat increases the thermal energy in joints, muscles and tissues and the benefits are: Better skin! Improved circulation! Reduced inflammation!
